Tone your thighs Part 2: Exercise 1

Four legs, based on your forearm. Extend one leg, pointing the foot toward the ground. Fold it slowly towards the buttocks and then tighten it again. Again immediately, without stopping.

Tone your thighs Part 2: Exercise 2

Standing, feet apart at shoulder width, hold a broomstick behind your neck. Lift your chest slightly forward and gently push on the buttocks as if you wanted to sit in a chair. Return.

Tone your thighs Part 2: Exercise 3

Finally, sit cross-legged, the soles of the feet together with your toes in the palm of your hands. Inhale deeply and exhale as you push your knees toward the ground. Hold the position 5 seconds then release.

Avoid eating within two hours after the exercise session your body will pump and in its reserves, that the body fat.
