lunch and weight loss

Just lunch. You know I have a defect and that forgot to report here? I like too fast. I need to improve this urgent. we must experience the pleasure of each denying of eating and not eat as if it delayed and in a hurry.
Tomorrow I will be slower and enjoy the best meal and consequently improve my diet.

I am going to the Academy. Monday is complicated because I have to give way at the end of the week.

Me undertake to do today.

– Class of Body Combat.
– 40 minutes of treadmill.
– 10 minutes by ergo metric bike.
– My series in bodybuilding.
– 5 minutes of rowing.

My trainer says I have to have AIM.
And I will fulfill my AIM.
Today and every day.
